I fully support Oobamboo's focus on providing bamboo fibre products & buy them as required. Their toilet paper is an excellent product. However, recently the unwrapped paper was out of stock (whilst the wrapped roll were in supply). I see this as an indicator that unwrapped rolls are preferred & in demand compared to wrapped supply. When I couldn't buy unwrapped rolls I opted for another company who could. Also, & it is especially noticeable after a purchase, but I get more than one email daily offering me more of what I've just purchased. You have a loyal customer in me, but please find a way to reduce an algorithm based flood of advertising triggered by my recent purchase. At the end of the day, I love your product. Lose the wrapped roll option (especially if it is wrapped in paper), & please find a way to stop bombarding myself & other customers with such heavy advertising.
