Refunds
You must contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery. Arrange to return the carton to us and we will process the payment once received.
Please note that in most cases, we can only accept products for return that are ‘largely unused’, meaning that if more than 10% of the products in your order have been used (for example, 5 rolls of toilet paper have been used out of your box of 48 rolls: 2 packs of tissues have been used out of 12 carton box, 1 roll has been used out of 6 rolls kitchen towels), then unfortunately we cannot accept the return and cannot give a refund (unless required by law). An exception to this is if you discover some or all of the remaining products are faulty, in which case we will provide a refund in accordance with consumer law.
Shipping fees for the return of stock are the customer’s responsibility. Please be sure to obtain proof of posting or a tracking number. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

If a product is returned to OOBAMBOO by the delivery company due to a failure by the customer to receive the item, OOBAMBOO reserves the right to request additional payment of delivery charges for re-delivery of that item. Failure to receive includes, but is not limited too, multiple delivery attempts by the courier company, failure to collect items from a designated collection point or incorrect address details being supplied to OOBAMBOO.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
