We welcome any questions or queries, just reach us through the contact us page on the website or write us an email to info@oobamboo.com.au. We will endeavour to answer you within 24 hours.
You might want to have a chat with Tony, just direct your email to Tony in the email to info@oobamboo.com.au. We are quite sure Tony will reply to your email pretty fast as long as he is not on the toilet doing product testing.
Shipping
For select capital cities and metro areas we offer free shipping for orders over $45, eligibility is based on postcode zones set by Australia post and if you are eligible it will be automatically triggered during the checkout process. A small amount of surcharge will applied for regional areas.
Shipping for multiple packages
What's a package? We pay shipping for each individual package we send out. If you order an individual box of toilet paper, that's a package. A 96 rolls bundle pack, that’s a package.
At a certain point, though, the order becomes too large to ship as one package, and we have to ship items separately. If you order a 48 pack of toilet paper and a 96 rolls + Kitchen Towels + Tissues bundle pack, for example, we've got to ship this as two packages.
What counts as 1 package?
All deliveries are subject to potential delay in areas impacted by flooding and other events.
Please note, your order may arrive in multiple packages from multiple carriers. Tracking information will be emailed to you upon dispatch.

Warehouse pick up
We are partnering with a 3PL company and we are trying to put more warehouses in different states and parcel collection points for rural area customers. The more Poo Tickets you order from us the more we can cover more areas for free in the near future.
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Don't forget our warehouse located at Unit 3,1 Samantha Place Smeaton Grange NSW 2567 is open to the public during selected hours.
We will improve on our shipping rate, the more you and your friends order the more we can negotiate a lower the shipping rate. Please feel free to send us an email info@oobamboo.com.au if you have any questions about the shipping.
Do you ship to PO Box?
Unfortunately we cannot ship to PO Box address. We use a number of different courier and freight companies which do not deliver to PO Boxes.
How long does delivery take?
Once your order leaves our warehouse delivery time will vary depending on where you are:
Tracking Numbers, when available, will be sent to you via email when your order leaves the Oobamboo Warehouse.
If a product is returned to Oobamboo by the delivery company due to a failure by the customer to receive the item, Oobamboo reserves the right to request additional payment of delivery charges for re-delivery of that item. Failure to receive includes, but is not limited to, multiple delivery attempts by the courier company, failure to collect items from a designated collection point or incorrect address details being supplied to Oobamboo.
What is authority to leave?
When you give authority to leave, you’re allowing our carriers to leave the package unattended at your address without a signature.
Please note:
I didn’t pick up my package from the collection point / depot, and it’s been returned to Sender . What happens now?
Once the package is returned to our warehouse, we’ll refund the cost of the items, excluding the delivery fee which is non-refundable
Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier partner is unable to successfully deliver your order and the order is returned to the Sender, you must contact the OOBAMBOO directly to organise another delivery. Any associated shipping fees will be at the expense of the Customer. OOBAMBOO is not liable for the delivery of goods and the original shipping fee will not be refunded.
