Oobamboo is committed to promoting decent work environments in our operations and supply chains. We value ourselves as part of the global community to fight against modern slavery that continues to occur in present-day society. We promote fair trade from local farmers in a small scaled production, at Oobamboo we pledged to pay our suppliers a fair price to help them promote local jobs and helping to build local infrastructure.

Our bamboo toilet paper is sourced from Yongchuan, Chongqing, China. We carefully selected our supplier to meet our social standard requirement.

By using bamboo pulp rather than wood pulp to making paper products, our manufacturer has saved 6,000,000 trees per year to be cut down.

Managed sourcing from local farmers to provide jobs and incomes for local bamboo growers.

Donating over 2million RMB per year to use in helping build local infrastructure, such as roads, schools and boost local employment rates.

Total 1,600 employees of which 1,200 employees are from the local area. To help lift the local area out of poverty.

Oobamboo are closely monitor supplier Factories, mills and farms. Our supplier transparency policy will give our customers confidence to purchase our products. Oobamboo engages a range of measurements and activities to ensure sustainable fair labor practices, safe working conditions and environmental responsibility is being practiced in our selected factories.
